Spark-Altay
A port of spark, the performance profiler, to Altay. Commands, permissions and messages match the other spark platforms, and reports open in the regular spark viewer.
Installation
Grab Spark.phar from the latest release and drop it into your plugins folder.
Commands
Everything lives under /spark, run /spark help for the full usage.

Permissions are spark for everything, or spark.<command> for a single command. Both default to op.
How it differs from Java spark
PHP can't sample the stack of the main thread, so the profiler is built on Altay's timings instead. Timings get switched on while a profile is running, the background profiler keeps them on by default. Set backgroundProfiler to false in plugin_data/spark/config.json if you don't want that.
A few things have no PHP equivalent. The live viewer (/spark profiler open) and allocation profiling are not supported, heap dumps use Altay's memory dumper, and heap summary sizes are estimates.

Installing it
Drop the phar into plugins/ and restart the server. If the API version below does not match your server, the plugin will refuse to load, which is the check working as intended.
